I'm definitely going to start with a clean uninstall/reinstall and go from there, just because. I don't suppose we could get a full rundown on what exact steps to take to deal with this? Skyrim SE and World of Warships both run reliably and beautifully on this machine and I haven't had time to install or try any other games as of yet. What really strikes me as odd is that Fallout 4 is the only game that is even having an issue with this computer.
